Taskbar isues

When I try to minimize a window it does not display in the task bar. I have
scanned my computer with norton and it says I have no viruses. If you can
help I would really apriciate it! Please email me at
(e-mail address removed). I need you to email me because it is hard to get
on the internet because of this problem! Thanks
