Taskbar doesn't show any programs that are active

Marcus

I have Win XP Pro installed on my computer and my problem
is that no active programs show up on the taskbar, it's
clean exept for the systemtray and the quicklaunch part.
An additional problem is that if I remove the quicklaunch
menu the taskbar dissapears, and I can't get it.

Please help me.

Hi Kelly,

Thank you for helping me, but it didn't work :(. Should I
restart the computer afterwards? Or am I doing it the
wrong way?

Regards
Marcus

Hi Daniel,

Yes, use the same script. Accept the prompt to end the Explorer.exe
process. This step is needed and good luck!

Hello Kelly,

Would this .vbs-file (is it a registry-changer?) also
solve my problem? I also have XP installed and when
several programs are active, they do not show up in the
taskbar. The ALT-TAB change doesn't work either. I can
only switch applications using the taskmanager and
selected the program.... Can you (or anyone) help me?

Thanks
Daniel
