Taskbar Disappears

It seems to happen when I hit any button (Start,Quick
Launch,Tray. The entire bottom taskbar and any desktop
icons disappear for a few seconds and then return. But not
all tray icons return and so I have to go to task manager
to end them. I have run AV & spyware scans and have all
updates installed. Thanks for any ideas.

That's caused by explorer.exe crashing and reloading it's self.
