Hi,

Windows XP professional SP 1

I am trying to turn off the auto-hide feature on my
taskbar. I right click the taskbar, hit properties, I
unclick auto-hide and I hit OK.

Everything is fine at this point. Now when I reboot and
log back on, the taskbar is in auto-hide mode. On a side
note, it is not remembering changes to the quick launch
bar either.

If anyone can tell me why this is happening and how I can
fix it, I would appreciate it.

Thank you

Hi,

See if this helps:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
