Task Scheduler

Hi everyone
I recently installed Vista and been using it fine, however, I seem to have a
problem getting any tasks scheduled. When I try to access task scheduleer
from system tools or Administrative Toolls I get an error like this:

MMC could not create the snap-in.
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap=in might not have been installed
correctly.
Name: Task Scheduler
CLSID: FX:{c7b8fb06-bfel-4c2e-9917-7a69a95bbac4}

I installed Vista from a full install DVD so I don't understand Task
Scheduler would be installed incorrectly.
Please help
Thanks

Yes I did resove this by re-installing. Evidently the first installation was
faulty. Good luck.

Mine worked for sixmonths and then just went crazy. System restore wouldn't
work, task scheduler was unavailble, screen was refreshing too rapidly to
even shut down. Had to do ctrl-brk and shutdown or just pull the batt and
unplug (yes, poweroff also failed too work). Still in this condition but
guess I will give it up and do an install from CD. Beginning to wish for
WIN95 or at least XP to return!!
