Task scheduler failure - Q812960

All of my scheduled jobs in Task Scheduler started
failing with this error: The attempt to log on to the
account associated with the task failed, therefore, the
task did not run. Verify that the task's Run-as name and
password are valid and try again.

I have Win XP Pro, SP1.

The passwords are correct. According to KB article
812960, this means I have a corrupt task database and
need a hotfix patch. How do I get the hotfix download?
My XP Pro is through MSDN Universal so I can't use the
regular support, but I can't find anything about this on
MSDN either.

Your help will be much appreciated.

You may visit the following site and obtain the toll-free 1-800 support numbers for Microsoft PSS
and then call them up. Tell them that you need this specific hotfix (mention the hotfix number) and
in most cases, they will send you a link to download the hotfix from.
