Scheduled Tasks Not Running

[JCO]

I can't get any of the items listed below to run as a scheduled task. These
items are in the Scheduled Tasks Folder:

Norton SystemWorks One Button Checkup
Symantec Drmc
Norton AntiVirus - Scan my computer
Spybot - Search & Destroy

The top three item are part of Norton Systemworks and I added the spybot
myslef.
