Task Schedduler Question

I have a new laptop running Vista Ultimate. Every night, it wakes up at
midnight. I am trying to identify exactly what is causing this. I looked
through the task scheduler trying to find any tasks that had te "Wake Up
Computer" condition but I didn't see any. Any thoughts on how to track down
exactly what is causing this?

Should have thought of that - Thanks.

It looks like the "SR" task (creates restore point every day at 1 AM) is the one causing the wake up (laptop is on AC power) but it does not have the "Wake up Computer" option checked?
