Task Mgr and other apps will not stay open (close automatically)

If I Ctrl+Alt+Delete, or try to open registry files and
other microsoft apps, the app will either not open, or
open and then quickly close by itself. Any help would be
much appreciated.

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
