When I hit Control, Alt, Delete and clidk on task manager, a message tells me
that the administrator has disabled it. The same things happens when I try
to open the Dispay in the Control Panel. This happened due to a virus and I
am not virus free. I can not go to start, and then run to fix it. Run isn't
there. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
