Task Manager

My PC keeps telling me that Task Manager has been disbaled by the
administrator, which it has not. I can restore it using a web based fix but
it keeps getting disabled again. Anyone know of a permanent fix for this
problem please?

Also note that Malware/virus etc turns on these restrictions.
You may wish to check your system for spyware, malware & viruses.

Have you done a thorough check for malware? From Start | Run can you run
msconfig or regedit?
