Task Manager

When I press alt-ctrl-del I get a message that the Task
Manager has been disbaled by my administrator. I am the
only one who uses this computer. I did not knowingly
disable Task Manager. When I right click the Task Bar the
Task Manager is no longer high lighted in the pop-up
window. How can I enable Task Manager ? Thanks.

This is often symptomatic of a virus infection, probably Klez or Yaha.
Scan with current antivirus using updated definitions. If your machine
