Task Manager

When I click ctrl-alt-delete to open task manager..you
see the three icons at the bottom..but the actual
taskmanager looks as if it is "under" or behind the
screen...you cant see the whole thing. Cant close it
out, etc..have to reboot. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Windows XP

Double click anywhere on the blank border and prepare to be astounded! <G>

Move the cursor to any edge of the Task Manager and double click to get the
full dialog back.
