Hi Pinky,
This issue is a result due to spyware on your PC.
I would suggest you to download a latest Anti Spyware Software and
scan the PC.
You may send the hijackthis.log to us.
No. We ask that people *not* post HijackThis logs here in the MS
newsgroups. Analyzing an HJT log takes a great deal of time and
expertise and the OP will not get the help s/he needs for that here.
Instead, HJT logs should be posted to one of these specialty forums
(listed in no particular order):

Besides, HJT is not the first troubleshooting step. Pinky - did you do a
clean install or just a repair install? Please look at the instructions
for both types of installations here to see which one you actually did:

How-To

Not being able to run Task Manager is symptomatic of virus infection, so
I wonder how soon after your installation this occurred and whether you
had an antivirus program on the machine. First you should determine
whether the machine is clean:
Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware
Do all prep/finishing work and follow instructions to do all scans in
Safe Mode.
If you do not have a current version antivirus installed (not earlier
than 2005), scan first with Dave Lipman's Multi-AV. Then get, install,
and update a full-featured av and do a thorough scan in Safe Mode.

After you've done this troubleshooting, please post back with details of
your machine, how you installed, and the results of your
troubleshooting if you want more help. If the procedures look too
complex - and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea
- take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your
local version of BigStoreUSA).
