task manager

when i try to access task manager it closes down straight
away and when i hover over the icon in bottom right it
just dissapears. also i think i have sasser but i cant
get to the task manager to end the tasks. also when i try
to get on "regedit" i have the same problems it just
closes it self down. thankyou in advance
