task manager

I cannot get the task manager window to appear. I've
tried the ctrl-alt-del keys and right-clicking on the
task bar. I have cleaned my system of all viruses and
the system appears to be running fine otherwise. Any
suggestions?

You can try another method to open the Windows Task
Manager by going to Start, Run, type in "taskmgr" and hit
OK. You may be experiencing problems associated with the
viruses that you cleaned off of your machine. You should
go to the website for your antivirus software and search
for details about the damage each virus did to your
machine. Your antivirus software only quarantines or
deletes viruses, they do not repair them. You will need
to know the exact name of the viruses that were detected
on your machine. There should be a report or log section
in your software to look that information up. If you
have further questions, you should probably go to the
support section of your antivirus software's website.

It seems that your computer is infected with spyware. See the other posts which explain completley about spyware and hwo to use spybot or ad-aware to remove these spywares
