Task Manager

When i do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete and click task manager I get nothing. I have run multiple virus scans and all come up clean. I did a search for taskmgr.exe and found it resides in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 and task manager runs from this location. Is this where this file needs to be in order to run it from the Clrtl-Alt-Delete window?

Never mind I found out that the file is to be located in the system32 Dir. And now the Crtl-Atl-Delete button for task manager works fine.
