What is the message you're getting?

Have you been anywhere near the group policy editor ?

Does the message say, Task Manager Has Been disabled by your Administrator?

Check using the group policy editor

start/run
gpedit.msc

Navigate down in the left pane under

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\ctrl+alt+del options

In the right hand pane the top option should be, "Remove Task Manger"

Is this set to "Enabled" ?

If so,change it to "Not Configured"
