Task Manager

hello,

Recently this last week I have not been able to get into my Task Manager.
When I press ctrl alt del, all the other buttons you can press, however the
task manager is grayed out. Also when I right click on the taskbar, task
manager is grayed out as well. I have run a virus scan with the latest
definitions and everything has checked out clean.

If anybody has any ideas, please send it this way.
