task manager seems to be disabled???

Any ideas why my task manaager has suddenly stopped working? using ctrl, alt,
del doesnt work neither does clicking on the taskbar and going to task
manager.

Any idea how i get it back???

Possibly remove the malware that is stopping it from running. There are
several viruses that show this symptom. Scan your computer for viruses,
preferably with more than one scanner.

51. (r-h column) Enable the Task Manager
113. Enable the Task Manager - Disable - _Repair_
