Task Manager Problems!!

Anytime i press ctrl+alt+del the task manager wont even show up. Then when i
go to the command prompt and type in TASKMGR it says that it is being used by
another process.
Also, anytime my screen saver comes up, i have to press ctrl+alt+del to get
out of it, and when it goes back to the desktop, i have no toolbar anymore.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Update whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.
