Task Manager not working

Hi

I use Task Manager a lot - because XP Home doesn't
shut down programmes like it should.

Out of the blue Task Manager is only displaying the bottom section.

i.e. I have no access to the task bar (can't switch off or restore etc)

Norton Utilities has not fixed this.

Any ideas - thank you in advance Stephen

Try double clicking around the frame of the taskbar.
