Task Manager no longer working properly

The task manager does not have the tool bar across the
top nor does it have the processes / applications etc
buttons. I am able to open the Task Manager by pressing
Ctrl Alt Delete... but unable to close it or do anything
else.

What gives???

It got toggled off.... Easy to fix.... just double-click ANYWHERE on the
border.

When it's restored, if you double-click the border again, it will go back to
the simple view again.... you must have accidentally done that at some
point.

Hi!
try this:-
1] At first scan your system with latest virus definition.
2]If it 's okay:- Enable the Task Manager (Line 113)
