task manager missing

please help me ..my task manager features are not working when i press ctrl
alt del....only the processes are displayed....no tabs are available like
they used to be....what can i do????

Open task manager and double click on the window that appears to toggle the
view.

This may be a shocker but... Double click anywhere on
your task manager window. :)
 
If that doesn't work double-click in the grey border at
the top and it restores Windows TM to its normal view
