Task Manager error

[PCOR]

I am trying to run a certain program at a given time using the Task Manager.
I go thru the WIZARD and provide all the date required. At the very last ,
when I click OK I get the following error message:
"An error has occurred while attempting to se task account information."
"The specific error is: 0x8007005: Access is denied. You do not have
permission to perform this operation"
How do I "GET PERMISSION"

You need to ask permisson from your computer say " Ohh computer can I have
permisson please" then it will work.

Log on as Administrator in Safe Mode (F8 key during StartUp) and give
yourself the permissions. You will be making changes to a User Account.
