Task Manager - can't see tabs

B

Bob Northrup

Somehow I have managed to turn off all of the "tabs"
within Task Manager. In other words, when I press "Ctrl +
Alt + Del" I get the running applications but
the "Performance" and "Processes" tabs are simply not
there.

Does anyone know how to get these other tabs back on?

Note: I am an "administrator" on this box.

THANKS!

Double-click on the "Task Manager"? That does nothing at
all. Thanks for the effort....

You'll want to double click it again.

Thanks. Double-clicking the grey border of the "Task
Manager" screen fixes the problem.

The safest bet is to double-click the grey window border.
If 'performance' is the only thing showing, you can restore
the tabs by double-clicking *anywhere* in the window (including
the grey border); however, if 'applications' or 'processes' is
the current view, then you *must* double-click only in the
grey border to restore the other two tabs. If 'applications'
is the current view, then double-clicking in the window (not
grey border) will *minimize* Task Manager; if 'processes' is
the current view, then double-clicking in the window (not the
grey border) has no effect whatsoever.
