Task Manager and Turn Off/Restart windows

Since I've had to reinstall Win XP, the task manager and turn off/restart
windows have changed.
Ctrl +Alt+Del now gives me many more options (lock computer etc.) and Turn
Off now has a pull down menu with the various options rather than just
icons.
How do I get back to my old style?

Check if the Welcome Screen is turned ON:

That did it, thanks.
I've changed registry to enable automatic logon and I thought I'd mucked it
up again!
