Task Manager 100% CPU?

Hello all,
I keep Taskman running minimised so I can quickly switch to it to see
which offending task is taking up a bunch of CPU. Well lately (last month
or so), I will notice the bar in the systray is all green, so I'll switch
to it and guess what the offending task is? Yep, Task Manager itself! Does
anyone know what causes this? It's very annoying.
