task complete back to incomplete

Is there a way to change at one time multiple tasks from complete to 0%
complete by hilighting multiple tasks and saying in effect mark incomplete
 
yes. Group the Tasks folder by the Complete Icon and drag from the complete
group to the incomplete group.
