Hi! I know that I can see the total number of tasks at the bottom of the
screen, but is there any way to find out the number of complete or incomplete
tasks? The number is so big it would be impossible to count manually, but I
need #s to fill out some reports regarding workload.... Please Help!

Create a custom view with a filter to show only such tasks. Then look at the
Status Bar again.

That does not work. Regardless of the view, and the filters associated with
that view, the status bar reads the same number of tasks.

Oops, sorry about that.
There is another trick in where you do a select all and then press Enter to
open them all at once. You'll then get an error displaying the amount of
items you are trying to open.

Perfect! Thanks for your help. Now all I need to do is make sure I don't
accidentally open 913 tasks. :)

That works but what a lame way to have to do something that already worked in
Outlook 2003. I hope MS gets their crap together and fixes this thing because
people are trying to run businesses with this junk.
