I don't know what i did but the arrow where you hide icons
that are not used has gone and i can't get it back
I have hide inactive icons check and apply
Hope someone can help meget it back

This is a time sensitive feature. In other words, if you toggle that
setting off and then on again it can take a while for it to start hiding
icons once again. Usually this happens within a few minutes but have seen
it take as long as a few hours or a full day.
