Task Bar Icons

Hi-I have about 6 processes running when PC boots and
their icons should appear near the date in the Task Bar.
Sometimes only 1 or 2 appear.
When invoking CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up Task manager, it
shows that they are running. I then "terminate" Windows
Explorer and activate it back again (new process). Only
then the "missing" icons reappear.
Any ideas? Thanks

It works! I uninstalled uPnP and
up to now (fingers crossed) no hiccups. I hope the
tweak works as I got fed up having to "refresh" each
time.
