Target folder of file upload control has options phased out

The paperclip in front page help says you have to create a new folder as a
target for file uploads from a form.

The paperclip goes on to say "right click" the folder and check off "allow
anonymouse upload to this dicrectory"

The paper clip doesn't say what to do if that option is visable but you
can't put a checkmark in the box.

Can someone tell me how to check this off when front page won't allow me to?

You must be in an online server w/ the FP 2002 SE and Fie upload enabled / supported by your host
