Help! I just installed a USR modem. It apprers to work
fine. When I try to uset the phone dialer in W2K, in get
the following error:

Operation: Initializing Windows Telephony Service.
Details: Failed initializing a telephony service componet
(TAPI3.DLL). System registry may be corrupted. If
symptoms persist, try restarting Windows or using
REGSVR32 to update registry settings for the TAPI
componets.
Error: The operation failed for an unspecified reason.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,
