Tape drive not showing up in physical locations

My HP DAT drive appears in the device manager and functions fine according
to the HP diagnostics, but it's not in the removable storage manager. How
do I get it to appear there?

Are you using third party drvers, such as Veritas'?

No, I've been using NTbackup with the default drivers.

What do you see in RSM, then? What view are you using? Do you see anything
else, such as your CDROM, etc?
