Take my database and make it a WOW database?

I've created an alumni database (altering the Contact database available
online). Does MS ever take a database and make it great? Meaning, create
forms, reports, etc to use as a template online?
 
I don't know about "online", but the "Contact Management" database that
the Database Wizard (in File --> New, then choose Databases tab) in
Access 2000 produces contains seven Forms (including the Switchboard)
and two Reports.

If you just want to see lots of designs of Forms and Reports, the
"Northwind Traders" database contains over a dozen of each, but they
probably aren't exactly what you need. :-)

The Forms Wizard and Reports Wizard should make it pretty easy to
produce new ones that meet your specific needs.
