Take files, emails and addresses from one pc to new pc

Morning:

I work at a very small NGO/Non-profit, where we only have 3 staff and I work
part-time.
I had all my emails, folders, calender information, contacts on computer 1,
and now I have to work off computer 2, how do I get the previously mentioned
onto my current computer from my Microsoft Outlook 2003?

I look forward to hearing from you?

Please explain any suggestions in steps, and in laymen terms.

We don't have a technician on site or in budget to do this for us/me.
