When I have been using the computer for 2 hours a very
annoying box pops up bonging like big ben telling me to
take a break. I dont know where its come from, but can
anyone please tell me how to get rid of the darn thing

That's not such bad advice, and if this is a work-related PC, I suppose
it might be from something intended to prevent repetitive stress
injury. More likely is that you have some adware/spyware (or a virus).
Scan with a recent antivirus program -- being first sure to update the
virus definitions.
Also scan with one or both of these free adware/spyware removers:

Ad-Aware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Spybot Search & Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/
After installing either of these two programs, be sure to update them
with their latest reference files. The recommendation most commonly
seen in this ng is to run one or both of these about once a week.

Danny is correct. Kensington Mouseworks comes with a rest reminder feature. You should be able to
access this through the Start > All Programs > Kensington Mousewoks (or something similar)l.
