Tags not working

@Ian No all I see in the Alert on the top right is replied and liked, no tagged.

I didn't, but thought it may be because I got the reply alert at the same time - I'll do some digging as it sounds like something isn't working quite right :). Ta for the heads up!
 
@V_R - hopefully this tag should work :). I'll split these posts off to a new thread.

No worries, I'm glad you mentioned it - as now it's working :D. Looks like it was a permissions error effecting mods and admins from a recent upgrade.
