I am after some information on doing a clean install of XP Pro after a
format.

I know that you have to change the boot sequence in the BIOS and boot up
from the XP CD-Rom but unfortunatly, I do not have an original disk (oops)

Because of this, would it be the reason I cannot boot from disk? My PC is
compatible, and others have told me pirated copies of Windows will not boot
if they are not copied correctly.

I have downloaded the XP Pro start up disk's but I cannot get them to work.
I thought maybe an error occured, so I downloaded them again, and still they
will not work.

Is there another way? I don't have access to an original Windows Disk or I
would copy it as an image file and burn it that way (That's how I have been
told is to be done).

Any information is appreciated.

By the way. People that feel the need to tell me not to be a tight ass and
BUY a copy of Windows, keep your comments to yourself. I sure as hell am not
the only one using pirated material. :-)

Then don't expect any damn help... We only help people who buy the software
and certainly not people who openly admit to being thieves...

Go ask the other thieves who provided you with your stolen copy of Windows
for help...

Oh... and supplying your right email on MS's OWN newsserver while admitting
to being a thief isn't exactly clever...

use a pirate version of windows xp.....it will not
function after 30 days....you will have good boat anchor.
