Tell Microsoft about this request. Open Internet explorer and select
Help/Send Feedback. Click the link under Product Suggestions. Fill out the
form. They do read these and take them seriously, the more people who
request a particular feature, the more it is likely to happen.

It uses I.E., adding tabbed browsing & popup blocking and it's
free.

Tell Microsoft at (e-mail address removed)

Meantime, use Mozilla (free at www.mozilla.org) which has it and it
works really well.
