tab key not working properly

I have tried to find the solution but can not get the right info. I have windows 2000 and am running ms word 2003 in a laptop. When I tab over to a new form field the curser moves to the new form field but gives me a box as if I right licked on my mouse and teh only highlighted area is "Paste".

Any help?
