Tab

Hi All,

I had created a form for the user. In the form there is a number of text
fields presentation in 2 columns. When the user use the TAB button from the
keyboard, the curser does not go down vertically through all field. It will
jump from one field to another field from different column or the same column.

Can i had the Tab button once click it will move from one field in order in
ne column follow by another column?

Hi Mavis,
in design view, right click in the detail section and choose tab order.
In the dialog that opens, you can drag controls names up or down in the tab
order to suit yourself.

When you choose auto order, access goes across a row before it goes down to
the next row.
