Tab key issues

Ok, the problem has taken another turn. AT THE MOMENT (really stressing
that, I don't know when it may worsen), it seems to have taken a turn for the
better and now is only isolated to my Tab key. So, now I can type 4, P, R...
etc without malfunction, but when I hit the Tab key it goes wacky.

Just thought I should inform everyone.
