t1.log file can't remove

Anyone know what a t1.log file is? I have never seen it
before but it appear from nowhere recently.When i delete
it from C:\ and empty recycle bin it comes back everytime.
It will log my internet activity and sometimes it gets
more than 750k. I am very concern about this log file
because I can't seem to get rid of it. Can anybody help?

I think i fixed the problem, it occured in mine xp around 26-10-2003
I changed the name of C:\windows\mspmld.dll and then removed it
after restarting the T1 was gone..
if it doesn't work mail me...(
