I updated Quick Time and did a restart....my system has always automatically
restarted and I have no boot disk or the XP software as I got the pc from my
grandson when he went off to school I have the 2002 Edition and the only
thing the system will let me do is go into SET UP.......I haven't a clue
about what is in there and really need help....I am using a different
computer to post this message. I really need help. This PC has the XP Prof
edition (the newest one)....What can I do in setup or how can I make a boot
disk from the working computer? Help me, please.

You lack the computer-savvy needed to restore your system. From what
you have written, I personally believe you should take your computer
to an expert technician and have him fix it for you.

While you're at it, have him sell you a copy of Windows XP and install
it, since you probably do not have a properly licensed copy.
