I cannot find this folder on my WIN XP machine. I am told
I need to access it so that I can run the Iexplore.exe
program in order to install a 32-bit version of IE. This
all started because I tried to install a Google toolbar,
and it could not be done because ActiveX is turned off.
Per Microsoft, I have to do the above, but can't find the
file(s). They have a doc explaining how to find files
inside this folder, but no doc on how to find this actual
folder.
