Systems idle

My computer has gone into a "systems idle process" and I
don't know how to get it out of the idle process. Can
anyone help me?
 
Greetings --

There's no problem to fix. The "System Idle Process" metric is
the amount/percentage of time that your CPU has *nothing* to do. A
reading of 98% means you're hardly using your computer at all. Think
of it like a car's engine idling in your driveway before you place the
car in gear.
