Systems file allocation

My secondary hard drive is a 160g for video storage and
work. I just noticed that approximatley 40g has been
allocated as unmovable. The only folder that is new is a
systems information folder. I am unable to access this
folder but the properties show nothing is in there. What
gives? How do I get my 40g back for usage?

Can you access the folder via a command prompt? If so, try typing the following to see if there any files are in the folder:

dir /a/s
