System32 tasks are not coming.

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my windows, I cant hide my system32 folder. Instead of
system tasks, picture tasks are coming in the side of that folder. I am using
Kaspersky Antivirus so I scanned whole system but I didnt found any virus or
spyware so please any one can tell me how to correct it or it will be
corrected by editing the registry so please tell me the key.

And second thing is that I want to stop all the files and folders from
sharing, as by default all the drives are shared, so I cannot stop them. By
going into (fsmgmt.msc)
--> Shares --> Right Click {C:\} drive ( or any ) just two options are
coming, Refresh and Help. so I want to stop them to so also tell me the way
for that.

I have tried that option too but of that is of no use....
